My account has been hacked
If you think you’ve been hacked and you’re unable to log in with your username and password, please take the following two steps:
1. Request a password reset
Reset your password by requesting an email.
Try entering both your username and email address and be sure to check for the reset email at the address associated with your LiveTrigger account.
If you’re able to log in after the password reset, please re-secure your account by following the steps listed here.
2. Contact Support if you still require assistance.
If you still can’t log in, contact us and we’ll try to figure out what to do.
