How do I create or delete an event?

You can create a new event on LiveTrigger using the “Add an Event” panel on your Dashboard or from your Agenda. 

When you create an event, all the community members will be able to see your event on the map.

On the map the events colour is red.

Fill up all the boxes – boxes marked with asterisk are mandatory:

  • choose the date of your event using the calendar

 

  • type in the name of your event.

 

  • type in the venue’s name: if the venue is on LiveTrigger, while you are typing the name a drop-down menu will appear under the box: click on the venue name to tag it and a notification email will be sent automatically to the venue!

 

  • insert the event location; if you already have tagged the venue this field will be completed automatically by the system. Insert the right address: your event will be displayed on the map!

 

  • type in the headliner name; if this band or musician is on LiveTrigger, while you are typing the name, a drop-down menu will appear under the box: click on the band/musician name to tag it and a notification email will be sent automatically to the band/musician!

 

  • type in other bands/musicians’ names – click the + (plus) button to add more supporters; if these bands or musicians are on LiveTrigger, while you are typing the name, a drop-down menu will appear under the box: click on the band/musician name to tag it and a notification email will be sent automatically to the band/musician!

 

  • select “are you looking for bands or musicians” if you need to find bands or musicians for your gig: notification email will be sent automatically to the all the interested bands/musicians in the area and your request will be displayed on the map!

 

  • type in the promoter’s name; if this promoter is on LiveTrigger, while you are typing the name, a drop-down menu will appear under the box: click on the promoter name to tag it and a notification email will be sent automatically to the promoter!

 

  • select “need promoters”do you need promoters to help you”: notification email will be sent automatically to the all the interested promoters in the area and your request will be displayed on the map!

 

  • add all the informations and a description of your event: you can also insert links to other pages and a video url if you want – ex facebook event links, youtube video etc…  finally create your event by clicking “ADD AN EVENT
  • you event will be added to your AGENDA and to your CALENDAR

 

You need to be a member of LiveTrigger community to create an event: are you not still a member?

Editing an Event

To edit an existing event go to your Agendaclick the Edit button next to the corresponding Event on the left side of the page, then edit your event and save the changes.

Delete an Event

To delete an existing event go to your Agenda, click the Delete button next to the corresponding Event on the left side of the page and then confirm your decision.

Deleting your Event will remove it from all the results and from the map.
